Ingredients:
Bottom:
• 1 package (160 g - 190 g) chocolate chip cookies with a hole (I used these)
• 50 g butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons bitter cocoa

The curd:
• 500 g thick curd sernikowego
• 500 g mascarpone cheese
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch or flour
• 1 and 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) 30% cream
• 2 tablespoons bitter cocoa
• 5 eggs
• 200 grams of dark chocolate


Raspberry mousse (you need to prepare 2 servings):
• 1 small zip raspberry jelly with fruit pieces (I used this)
• 1/2 cup raspberry jam + a few tablespoons of baking to fill the cavities
• optional 1/4 cup frozen or fresh raspberries

Chocolate glaze:
• 1/2 cup sour cream 30%
• 2 tablespoons dark cocoa
• 100 grams of dark bitter chocolate
